On August 20, around 20 Chenango County youth enjoyed a “float-in” movie night at Kurt Beyer Pool and Park, organized by The Place, The PULSE Coalition (Chenango Health Network), Tobacco Free Zone of Cortland, Tompkins, and Chenango Counties, and the City of Norwich Youth Bureau.
