Norwich came together for a substance-free Float-In Movie Night, another community event designed to offer families and youth a welcoming, drug- and alcohol-free evening out. The PULSE Coalition’s ongoing commitment to building substance-free community spaces is helping shift the culture around youth recreation in Chenango County.
